 As a teacher I'm full time engaged with learning and developing of my students, finding new ways to take advantaje of everything around. I try to take the best from different approaches, specially the communicatives ones. In my opinion, the students need real interactions so I try to create a virtual environment where they can use the English language as if they really need it to deal with some situations, I believe that we as teachers must be creative and patiente, we have to make students feel that we are their friends and make them feel happy while learning.  I learned that teaching speaking skills is the best way to motivate students, the more they talk the more they learn, they need to believe that English is not a language just to speak in a foreing country, it's a language we can use everywhere. I'm Deivis Armando Diaz Suarez, I was born in Riohacha - La Guajira, Colombia. I've had different jobs and worked in many different places, I've been choreographer, truck driver, call center agent, coordinator of some academic projects and teacher, but all jobs I have performed can't compare with the passion for teaching. Teaching for me have been the best experience, it feels great when students thank you for your effort. All these time I've been trying to improve my teaching skills, I always apply intrinsic strategies that motivate students and help them to have a meaningful learning, because that way I can feel proud of myself for doing something that can transform our society.
